Hello, I am trying to select a diamond I want to use Blue Nile because I have a credit card through them. My budget is 12k max. I found this D stone VS2 on Blue Nile and it looks like a nice stone and it falls into the good range for the cut estimator. It does have medium fluorescence and that will not bother me. Would this be something you would recommend to purchase for what I want within my budget? Also as far as fire, sparkle, light return what would be your opinion on that as well.
Looks good to me. Optimal proportions, nice optical symmetry with the arrows, and no clouds/graining that might interact with the fluorescence. I think it’s a nice choice for your budget.

and one more thing I wanted to ask the first stone has a cavity. Is that something with this stone to be concerned about? Googling says it could collect dirt? Thanks!
I like the first one better. I wouldn’t worry about the cavity. It’s not big. And better that than a guaranteed black crystal that you see in the second diamond.
what about this one if you had to pick between the two which is the better stone?
