Hi, I would like to buy a loose diamond following from you website (at Ritani) but it says that “promotional code is not valid”. Do you know why can that be? I am located in Germany.

Sorry, the code only works for US customers. You might try chatting with them to see if they will honor it – they’ve previously done it for someone I helped from Canada, but no guarantees.
