I am looking for advice on an oval, lab grown diamond ring set on a yellow gold band. I have input (closest) desired parameters, and used my understanding of lab-grown diamonds at this point on https://www.diamondscreener.com/lab-created-diamond-prices/ (Oval shape, 1.7-2.5 ct, J-G color, VS1 clarity). I am willing to slightly adjust most of these parameters. The links generated diamonds near the efficient line and others near the frontier which I captured examples:

Do you have any opinions on these, or recommend of any alternatives that would be good within or as close as possible to this price range. Any help would be appreciated!

Of your picks, I would go with the 2.06 I VS1. The 2.11 H VS1 and 2.08 I VS1 both have much darker tones. However, the 2.06 I VS1 shows a strong bow-tie.
You might consider the options below instead. They have much lighter tones and less bow-tie while staying within your search parameters and budget.
