The 1.30 F VS1 is better than the 1.27 F VS1 because it has a clean table. The 1.27 F VS1 is a low VS1 because of the black crystals in the middle of the table.
You could save some money with lower clarity while still being eye-clean with the 1.3 F SI1 and 1.4 F SI1 below. If you really wanted to stay at VS1, then I think the 1.36 F VS1 would be bigger than either of the above options.
