I am very unfamiliar with fluorescence in diamonds and different sites tell me differing answers as to whether you can visibly differentiate between fluorescence strengths.
In your opinion how important is the fluorescence strength?
Sorry, I think I copied the wrong link in my comment. I wouldn’t recommend the diamond I linked because it doesn’t have a clean table. Unfortunately, the diamond I meant to link is no longer available.
There are some cases where strong fluorescence can impact transparency, but I think that prevalence is overstated. Rather, I think strong fluorescent diamonds are cheaper because they can be overgraded for color. The GIA grading lamps emit some UV light, so the strong fluorescent diamonds look whiter under the grading lights. You won’t observe this under normal viewing conditions, since normal indoor lights do not contain UV. So I think many strong fluorescent diamonds are cheaper because they are lower in color, not necessarily because they have transparency issues. If neither is the case (not hazy, not overgraded), then I think strong fluorescent diamonds would be fine, since you’ll only see the effect outdoors where the sun will make the diamond sparkle anyways.
For the diamond you linked, I think it’s a lower H, closer to I, which is why I wanted to recommend a different H. I didn’t see any diamonds with AGS Ideal options that I liked in their current Canadian inventory, but here’s an F option that’s AGS 1 EX that I think has good optical symmetry with a 40.8 pavilion angle.

Looks like a nice diamond. It threads the needle of GIA Ex/AGS 0 Ideal with a table of 62%.
You might also consider the diamond below, which has no fluorescence. I think it’s a higher H than the 1.00 H VS2, which has strong fluorescence.
