Hi Joe, following up on my post from a week or so ago where you mentioned there wasn’t anything satisfactory fitting this criteria in stock at the time – found this one today via your screener, what are your thoughts? And the link below has your referral code in it right?
Thank you!

This diamond was available during your last post. I didn’t like it because I thought it had a bow-tie, shown in the angle below. If you contrast that with something like the 3.3 E VVS2 below, I think you’ll see how the 3.3 doesn’t go dark down the middle. The 3.3 was one of the few I saw at 3ct+ that was cut like that, but it’s above $15k so I didn’t list it.

Yes, I like the 3.3 E VVS2, just not that it goes over budget.
I appreciate your discretion. Do you have a general idea of how often 3 ct oval lab-growns in the $15k price range become available? I’m not sure how common that is, so it’s hard for me to get a sense of whether it’s worth waiting in anticipation of something becoming available this month or just cutting my losses and going for the $18k option if they rarely hit the market.
^ Sorry about the previous post, not sure how I sent my previous response as ‘Joe’!
I don’t think it’s that frequent as 3ct is still large for a lab diamond.
I also liked the cut of the 3.02 D VS2 below. The main cluster of inclusions at the edge can be covered by a prong. The reflections under the table would still be there, but they’re harder to see since it depends more on the angle that you’re looking at the diamond.

Hi Joe, thanks for following up. So you like the 3.3 ct you linked? I need something by end of August so due to time constraints I can go outside of budget if needs be, not sure if/when a better option will hit the market before then.
