Thank you so much
All of these are fuzzy brown CVD diamonds (as described in my CVD vs. HPHT review). You can definitely see the strain lines in option 1-3 and 5 (those faint lines on the facets). Option 4 looks a little clearer, but it’s hard to tell for sure from the photography. Option 4 is also G color, so it is likely more brown than the other F’s. To see the brown color, turn the JA diamonds to side view (BE only offers face-up photos).
I would prefer something like the 2.13 D VS2 or 2.05 D VS2 below, which go up in color and don’t show strain because they’re HPHT. If you’d prefer to stay under $8000 like the 2.17 F VS2, then I think the 2.31 E VS2 would be better. It’s CVD, but the strain isn’t as strong as in the F’s. It also goes up in color to help avoid the brown hue.

The two D’s have better material with no strain compared to the E. The 2.05 D VS2 might keep you closer to the price of the 2.19 F VS1.
Ok. And what are your thoughts with the two D’s compared to the 2.31 e vs2?
I’m not sure what you mean. I would prefer either of the D’s if your budget allows it. I would rather have a clear, smaller D than a fuzzy, larger E.
I see what you meant, I read it wrong. I have one other question. I like the size of around 2 carat, but should I go with a natural smaller diamond for around the same cost? And what would be the best options around the 1.45-1.60 range?
Thank you for this! Which is the best deal and best overall diamond between 8749857, 8789036 and 9086118?
