The 1.39 H VVS2 is a better option than the 1.42 H VS1. The 1.42 H VS1 is a dark brown H. I usually like to recommend higher color for lab diamonds just because many CVD diamonds start out brown and then are HPHT treated to improve their color. However, the 1.39 H VVS2 looks to be OK and has nice proportions.
