The 1.05 F VS1 is certainly a nicer diamond. It has better optical symmetry (the 1.03 F VS1 has a dark inner ring in between the arrows). It also has reduced fluorescence compared to the 1.03 F VS1.
However, I instead of paying $1k more, you might consider the options below. They split the difference – a little more expensive, but not that much more, and they have better optical symmetry and reduced fluorescence compared to the 1.03 F VS1. Both will be eye-clean.
