Hello,
Just a quick question, when searching on James Allen occasionally I come across a true hearts cut…. is this just marketing and therefore paying a preimum or are they worth it for the best cut possible? I’ll link an example below

Thanks
You can usually find an unbranded diamond with similarly optimal proportions and symmetry for less. The 1.25 I VVS2 has good color for an I (yellow, not brown/green/gray and nice color saturation closer to H than to J), so the premium isn’t as bad because it’s harder to find a nicer I. However, the 1.3 I VVS1 below would go up a bit in carats and clarity for a little less, so that shows the extent of the premium. You could also save a little more with a little lower clarity.
