Sorry, this is cheap for two reasons:
- It has medium yellow fluorescence. This will make your diamond fluoresce yellow under UV light (like the sun), which defeats the D color.
- The has poor optical symmetry due to the high pavilion angle. Notice how the arrows aren’t clean or dark.
I think you’ll have to go down in color to find a nicer diamond at that price, like the options below.

You could stay at D if you trade some carats (not too much in the case of the 1.35ct D SI1) and a clarity grade. Both of these reduce the fluorescence and improve the proportions to GIA EX/AGS 0 Ideal.
