How often does the inventory data on the lab-created prices page update? When I click to view a diamond on the graph on that page, the James Allen website says it’s no longer available. Thanks!

It updates daily, roughly around 7:40 PT. If you were clicking before that, you were looking at yesterday’s snapshot.
It’s also the busiest time of year for diamonds since many people get engaged over the holidays. Inventory turns over rapidly, even within each day.

This schedule is out of date. James Allen’s inventory is now updated 4x a day, at 2:10AM, 7:10AM, 1:10PM, and 7:10PM PT. Blue Nile’s inventory is updated once a day at 5:15AM PT.
