No, LD11759656 will be cloudy.  The grading report says “Clarity grade is based on clouds not shown” which you want to avoid in SI1.

For the same price, you something like the option below would be a better option.  But this is still quite a jump in price.  Not sure if it’s worth it, even with the slight increases in carats and color.
